Reiki Energy Healing
During a Reiki session, I invite you to rest at home in your body, to experience your own energy in a new way, and to allow yourself to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I offer a listening ear and gentle touch oriented around pressure points and chakras. I bring my creativity, intuition, and experience to sense and observe your energy while opening myself as a channel for healing.
We begin by speaking about areas that interest or concern you physically or emotionally. We transition into a quieter, more reflective state in which you can rest on my massage table while I work. During this time, I can use words and/or touch as you prefer. We end by sharing observations and reflections before moving gently into the rest of the day.
Distance Healing Sessions
Much the same as an in-person session, a distance Reiki session is a chance for you to rest and heal with gentle guidance from me. Rather than physical touch, I offer personalized attention to your energy from afar while you rest in your own space.
I myself was initially skeptical about the impact of distance Reiki but have found these sessions to be collaborative, meaningful, and restorative.
Reiki for Children
I love kids and can tailor my approach to your child’s unique needs and personality.
Reiki for Pets
I am comfortable working with dogs and cats. Often pets are most comfortable in their own home, so a site visit or distance session would be recommended.

45 minute session – $60
30 minute session – $45
